re services such as Launchpad, authentication endpoints, and package distribution systems are affected because they share underlying backend systems.

โ€ข As a result, package updates, software installation, and automated build processes fail due to loss of access to repositories and PPAs.

โ€ข User authentication fails across services since login systems are part of the same infrastructure.

โ€ข Public websites and documentation are down because their hosting and asset delivery rely on these shared systems.
